Privacy statement

This statement explains which personal data this website processes, why, and what you can ask of me.

Who is responsible

Kiki Oosterbroek is responsible for the personal data processed through this website. If you have a question about it, you can reach me through the contact form.

The contact form

When you write to me through the contact form, I receive your name, your email address, the topic you choose and your message, and, if you fill them in, your organisation and phone number.

I use these details only to answer your message. Your letter arrives as an email in my mailbox and stays there for as long as our conversation needs it. The website itself keeps nothing: there is no database behind the form.

Visitor statistics

To see how the site is used, visits are counted with our own statistics software, which runs on our own server within the EU. It places no cookies and stores no personal data: your IP address is only used to count a visit, is made unrecognisable with a key that changes every day and is never stored. Visits cannot be traced back to you. That is why this site has no cookie banner.

Where your data is kept

The website and my mailbox are hosted within the European Union. I do not sell your details and do not share them with anyone else.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you may ask to see the personal data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to limit or object to its use, and to receive it in a form you can take elsewhere.

If you feel I handle your data incorrectly, please tell me first. You can also file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the supervisory authority for privacy.

Questions

For a question about your data, or to use one of your rights, write to me through the contact form. I will answer personally.
